For those, like myself, who spent their twenties with eyes glued to the pages of Vogue, Lela Rose is a name that you’re already familiar with. Born and raised in Texas, Lela's artistic background informed her unique approach to fashion and design.
After studying at Parsons School of Design and working with industry icons, she launched her eponymous collection in 1998 and has since gone on to dress the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Anne Hathaway, the Duchess of Cambridge, and First Lady Michelle Obama, to name just a few.
It was on a flight to Jackson, Wyoming, that she and Katie first crossed paths. A fan of Katie’s playful, print-driven pajamas, Lela quickly saw an opportunity to blend her love of high design with Katie’s flair for casual luxury. The result? A stunning collaboration that brought Lela’s signature Lela Rose Ranch toile to life on Katie Kime sleepwear and tabletop.
To celebrate the launch of the Katie Kime x Lela Rose collection, we gathered friends in Jackson at the Lela Rose Ranch store for an intimate shopping experience, under the purview of the stately Teton mountains.
